Weekend Recap

What a crazy weekend we had! Friday afternoon we decided to load up the car and drive to Houston. Yes, TEXAS. The fact that we did not plan this trip made it wonderful. I tend to over plan trips and they become very stressful. This was just great. So about 5:30 we loaded up and off we went. We got in around 4:30AM (yes, in the morning) and Julie, Jeremiah and even Mary Frances were there to greet us! Saturday we went car shopping and found a great one. So out with the old:

Also, while we were there we had lots of cousin time. Mary Frances and Mac had a great time playing together. Mary Frances is so funny! On Saturday morning I was in the bathroom getting ready and I kept hearing “Mac is sleeping” “Where is Mac” over and over. I thought Julie was upstairs with her but when I opened the door she was just standing outside our room. I asked her if she wanted to play with Mac and she was so excited so I let her in, put her up on the bed where Mac was hanging out. You would have thought I had given her access to a boatload of candy or something. She was so excited to play with him! After spending what seemed like all day at the dealership we went to the “Healthy Chinese Buffet” Yes…that is it’s name…Can healthy and Chinese buffet even be in the same sentence…sounds illegal to me…We also met up with one of Wades good friends from Ole Miss that lives in Houston and his girlfriend. Overall the trip was wonderful. Mac was wonderful. Everything was just wonderful! And I got a new car out of the deal so I thought it was very successful!

We had him "going" so much this weekend that he slept like a rock Saturday night. I love how he sticks his rear in the air and crosses his legs!

But when Julie came back she was happy and wanted to "pet" Mac while he was drinking his bottle.
