Random 100th Post

So I thought I would throw a random post out there for my 100th! I will leave you with my dinner last night. Two recipes off of The Pioneer Woman website that were delish! The first was a Spinach Salad. I should have made these for two different meals because they were both so good and filling. After finishing the big salad we hardly touched the main dish which was a Bolognese Sauce over Rigatoni. It was too delicious but WAY TOO MUCH FOOD! I made the whole recipe because I knew since it took so long I might as well make a lot so we can have more later. I was glad I did. It took a while to throw it all together but so worth it! I will be having leftovers tonight!

And lastly, I asked my sweet hubby to get a couple of things of baby food at Publix. At dinner Mac usually eats what we eat, unless it was something like last nights meal, in which he ate some pasta without the sauce and some babyfood. But he still eats a lot of baby food. 1) It is easy and 2) He likes it! Mac eats only the organic and doesn't eat meat so that kinda limits my options to what we can buy for him. Well my money saving hubby did the math ( I didn't check him ) and said that with all the coupons that he got from the store the Sprout was cheaper than Gerber, which is what we usually get him because it is usually cheaper. Like I said, I didn't redo the math for him, but I am sure he did it correctly! And he came home with just a few a boatload of baby food! Guess I won't have to worry about that for a while!
