Baby Girl

We have started to "adjust" if you will to the thought of bringing a little girl into this family of crazy little boys. Mac is now very excited about his sister and even told his teacher that "he was going to keep all the bad people away from her and protect her" (MELT MY HEART!) All Wiley knows is that if you ask "where is the baby?" he will run and touch my stomach. I am sure he has no idea what that means, and I am thinking come August he will not be so excited about the baby. He is my attention needing one and I am thinking a new baby is going to cramp his style....I am hoping for the best, but with his age it is bound to happen! 

We chose a name a few weeks ago and started calling her by it at home and with the boys just to see how it sounded, and it stuck, so we are set on that. Her name will be:

Clary Elizabeth McClendon

Clary and Elizabeth are both family names. Clary is from my side (my mom's mom's side to be specific) and Elizabeth is a name that many people from both sides of our family share (one being my sister Julie, who was Julie Elizabeth) We wanted something family related and traditional but tried not to make it too common. We think we did just that. She will go by Clary Elizabeth until we decide if it's too much and then we might shorten to just Clary, but all my purchases with names have had Clary Elizabeth on them because that is the plan for now!
