Confusion and excitement

Well, we put our house on the market on April 15th. April 22nd (one week) we got an offer. Well, we got all excited going back and forth VERBALLY (word to the wise, do not ever do this) until we settled on a price. Well, the lady decided that she wanted more than what we had agreed to when it came to contract writing time, so we told her to take a hike. We were already being very generous....Well, much to our surprise, she came running back. Ball was in our court this time. So she wrote us (not verbally) an offer, and we changed a few things this time that we wanted (I was going to let her have my bedroom drapes, but I decided that I didn't want this woman to have ANYTHING extra--stuff like that) and we sent it back last night. We are waiting to hear the final word, but we are pretty sure this is all set in stone. So, now the question is, where the heck are we going to move? Unlike last time we put our house up, we have nothing we really like. Last time we pretty much put our house on the market for another house, well this time we didn’t do that. We are supposed to close May 21st so we have less than a month to find something and move. The plan right now is to just move our stuff to storage and move to my parents house if we don’t find something in the time frame, but the thought of moving twice isnt so great. Oh well, it will all work out. I am not going to worry or stress about it. This should be an interesting next few weeks!
