Here we are again, another month has passed. I cannot believe Mac is 2 months old already! Things are still going well at home. We have done a little more traveling (to North Carolina this time) and Mac was such a great passenger! Phew. We had a fabulous trip! We saw my good friend Elizabeth and her baby! We hadn’t seen each other in probably 2 years and now we both have babies! It is crazy what time does! We took Mac to the Hendersonville Apple Festival. He just strolled along, clueless obviously! We will just have to tell him about it one day. We saw my grandfather’s cousin, Dora, who I hadn’t seen in years so that was fun to see her and let her meet Mac. On the way home we detoured to Columbia, SC to see Vaughan, Jen and PA. They moved into a new house that weekend and on Monday it looked like they had been living there for months…much more put together than my house that has been lived in for 3 months…oh well!

This week Mac went to see his doctor for his 2 month appt. You mothers know what that means….shots....agh!! I wasn’t nervous about him physically getting the shots, I was just nervous at the aftermath. How they would react. Surprisingly, he did wonderful. I checked his temp a few times and he never was running a fever or anything. Mom said he was a little fussier than usual at one of his feedings, but that was about it. He slept last night like usual, so I was relieved. At two months he weighed 12 lb 5 oz and was 23 ½ inches long. He is getting so big!!!
