It's the final countdown!

Well, it’s the final countdown! I cannot even believe that Mac will be here so soon! It seems surreal actually. It seems like SO long ago that I found out I was pregnant. We had Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers day, Fathers day, Wades birthday, Memorial Day. I guess I realize that you are pregnant for ¾ of a year, but man, it seems like these 9 months have dragged on and on! It is so weird, because sometimes I think, WOW this has FLOWN by, while other times (such as today) I think, OMG is this OVER yet?!?!?


This past weekend my friend Hunter Jean got married. It was so fun seeing friends and watching Hunter be so happy! They seems like a perfect couple and I am so happy that they found each other and are starting a new chapter together.

Also, we are still working on getting the house in order. I would say I am about 75% finished with the nursery at this point. I lack some wall décor (just needs to be hung) and a few other little things, but if Mac came home TODAY he would be just fine. I would be a little upset, but that’s probably the first time mother in me. He wouldn’t know the difference, but I would know it wasn’t complete. Oh well. As for the rest of the house, most of the boxes are unpacked, but we are still working on where to put stuff. We haven’t purchased a couch and chairs for our 2nd den yet. We went from a one room den to a house with basically two den areas and a living room. So…that has been a little tricky…We are going to make that our project on Saturday and hope we find something so it can get here quickly. I think I have found two chairs, but I cant order them because I don’t know what color our couch will be so I am waiting to pick out fabric for those after the couch is purchased. Decisions, decisions….

I go back to the doctor today. I have to see a different doctor because mine is out of town, so it will be interesting to see how this appt goes. I am sure it will be fine, but just different. Until next time!........
