1) I have started packing my bag. I am missing a few things, but some things you just can't pack when you use them on a day to day basis...I guess I could go buy travel sized...but oh well.
2) Nursery is almost complete. It is complete with what we have for now. We are going to get a rug in a few months (not necessary right now) and we are still waiting on a few peoples pictures. When we get them we are moving the pictures of Wade and myself over the crib.
3) I just purchased a new camera and gave up on looking for my old ones charger (ok, I admit, I wanted a new camera, and Wade even told me I could get one, so not finding the charger didn't upset me too much....) I just couldn't justify buying a new one if I had one that would work just fine.
Here are some pictures from the almost complete nursery. No, these were not taken with my new camera, only my iPhones so sorry for the quality.
This is the view of the changing table from one corner of the room. Above the changing table is a a window pane that Wade "distressed" and a mirror mounted behind it. The mirror was super old so it adds a lot of character. Beside the mirrors are the pictures that we framed of us, and our parents and grandparents (if they could find one...) from when we were younger. To the right of the bathroom door are these letter hangers I found at Anthropology. I loved the names in the bedrooms but wanted mine to be useful as well, so there you go.

Here is the view from the bathroom door. This rocker was my grandmothers and the bookcase was in my room growing up.

View from the corner with the bed in it.

Another view from the bathroom door. You can see the outfit that he will wear home. It was made by my great Aunt Caroline Sellers for my brother when he was born.

Lastly, here is the view from the hall door. You can see the twin bed and the shelves that Wade made to go above the bed. The twin bed was my Great Aunt Betty Robison that she gave us. It is barley twist and has the cane back. I dont think you can see it from this picture. I just loved it and thought it would love beautiful in his room. Also, the little round pillow on the bed my mom made for us, which matches the bedding!
